Willing to go the extra mile–

Recently, my family and I ordered a headstone from Hayslip Memorials in Wintersville, Ohio for my mother’s grave in Bethany, West Virginia. We’ve been very pleased with the result and are glad that we chose your company to make our stone.

I wanted to write and commend Kasey Collier at the Wintersville location. She was the first person I spoke with when I called to inquire about memorial stones, and her friendly and caring manner was so evident during that call that I immediately felt good about your company and its ability to meet our family’s needs for a stone to remember my mother who was so dear to me. Any time I reached out with a question or concern, Kasey was quick to respond with the appropriate information. It’s evident that she is very knowledgeable, and she was so willing to go the extra mile (literally, to go to the cemetery for us if necessary) that it gave me a very warm feeling about her and the company in general.

Thank you for providing us with a lovely headstone that we feel honors my mother well. We also thank Kasey for working with us and in all our interactions treating us with such kindness and respect. We would gladly recommend Hayslip memorials to friends.
